Job description

I’m working with a globally renowned firm to hire a Global Content Leader to lead a distributed team to drive content capability and position the business as a thought leader in the space. As a key senior member of the digital team, you will play a major role in driving digital maturity across the business.

The Global Content Director will:

  • Manage the global website, ensuring that content is ‘on-brand’, high quality and being deployed both effectively and efficiently
  • Manage a team of 8 to work across editorial, production and coordination of content
  • Lead on editing, optimizing and managing content for the global website, ensuring that it delivers against digital strategy

Required skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience in site management, digital content and publishing at a large multinational organisation
  • Strong team leadership and management experience
  • Ability to, and experience in, managing senior level stakeholders across multiple geographies
  • Operational experience of working in a globally distributed matrix structure
  • Exceptional US English is written and verbal communications skills
