With a mission that ambitious, we seek a marketing content specialist who eats and breathes demand generation.

You will produce written content that drives digital marketing. You will help turn qualified leads into revenue partners. You’ll develop and manage content that drives conversions, leads, traffic and awareness through social media and email.

This position blends copywriting, marketing automation, industry research and social media to operate a creative and productive demand generation machine.

Responsibilities:

  • Help develop original content (blog posts, email newsletters) to support our retailer membership program, sales outreach, social media and nurture campaigns
  • Write email campaigns that generate high quality leads for Sales
  • Manage social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote our culture, ideas, capabilities, thought leadership, products and successes
  • Write copy for internal ad campaigns (Google Ads) and client campaigns (social media, programmatic, email, Google Shopping)
  • Conduct market and industry research to support potential new business opportunities
  • Help identify categories, segments and specific leads to target with each campaign
  • Assist in the tracking, analysis and reporting on lead generation and overall marketing KPIs
  • Enrich lead and contact data in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Build workflows for email campaign workflows
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends within performance marketing and independently learn new tools and tactics
  • Be a student of demand generation who tests new approaches
  • Identify opportunities and solutions to streamline and/or automate processes

Requirements:

  • A competitive spirit and desire to produce results
  • Fluent and impeccable written English
  • Background in journalism, communications and/or marketing
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B content marketing
  • Experience with lead generation
  • Organized and deadline-driven
  • Creative, curious and experimental thinker
  • Bonus: Experience with marketing automation and social media management (HubSpot is a plus)
