As a Technical Writer, you will

  • Ensure current technical documentation is up to date
  • Manage and oversee the Wiki repository
  • Work independently, within established guidelines
  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of print and electronic communications to the target audience
  • Coordinate with others to ensure appropriate storage and version control
  • Ensure that all documentation follows the established policies and is succinct and has clarity, always avoiding complex and unclear language
  • Propose improvements to existing processes and policies
  • Write process documents of a highly complex nature

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Excel Subject Matter Expert
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Atlassian Confluence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills
  • Intellectually curious and have the drive to learn
  • Can work independently without constant supervision
  • Experience as Microsoft Excel SME
  • Experience with Process Improvement, Process Documentation through building and maintaining, and Project Management
  • General support and triage experience

Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here. 

Role Location: Calculated Hourly Range for role

California: $34.44 - $57.44 per hour

Colorado: $34.44 - $57.44 per hour

New York City: $34.44- $57.44 per hour

Washington: $34.44 - $57.44 per hour
