Job description

The NA Digital Content Manager is an essential member of the Digital organization who will manage a team to enhance and amplify content design & strategies. This role will be a KEY contributor in designing and delivering compelling content tailored to our customers and the many digital marketing channels we support. Reporting directly to the NA Digital Marketing Leader this successful individual will focus on applying a range of content design & strategy methods (ensure sync with brand, voice, and tone guidelines, use content and design systems, user data) to improve how we provide the audience with the content they need, in a way they expect at the time they need it.

This individual will work closely with the business intelligence team, sales teams, category marketing, and Marcom to bring new growth ideas to life. This role has high visibility within the ADI Global Business and will work to set successful content and campaign strategies. To be successful in this role an individual must see the department as a revenue-generating arm of the company and constantly looking to improve ROI through content.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Content lives in many formats – you find the best ways to leverage different channels to draw people into our content strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs), demand generation and designers across the organization by co-creating dynamic content through deliverables such as webinars, emails and articles.
  • Develop compelling content that feeds inbound marketing and outbound campaigns.
  • Work with the global marketing team to analyze content performance metrics and make recommendations on the content, design or features to improve effectiveness of content.
  • Assist cross-functional Marketing teams in building and managing industry marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Enhance the brand by creating cohesive experiences with a consistent voice and tone.
  • Lead and mentor your team, supporting their career development.
  • Recommends and drives implementation of workflow process enhancements.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • BA Degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism 
  • 5+ years’ experience researching and writing marketing collateral, web, thought leadership and social media content.
  • Ability to handle projects independently, prioritize tasks appropriately and supervise them through completion.
  • Ability to establish trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work samples required for consideration.
