RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Develop content ensuring textual standards and good practices;
• Create the textual elements present within the products and digital interfaces, such as menus, buttons, form fields, etc.;
• Working together with Designers and P.Os to understand personas and identify user pain points and needs;
• Conduct research and user experience tests, journey analysis, indicators, behaviors and flows;
• Document studies in Design System guides, manuals and components. 

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• UX Writing or Content Design course with certification;  
• Ease in creating creative and objective texts, with excellent Portuguese;  
• Knowledge in storytelling;  
• Ease of working in a team for co-creation;    
• Knowledge about Guide Content for UX.
