This person will be joining a growing team within General Motors CX organization (Customer experience) where they will work on state-of-the-art projects for websites, mobile apps and in-vehicle experiences. They will work on a variety of products and must be able to leverage research data to bring to life design experiences through content.
UX Content Designer/Strategist

Our growing Customer Experience design team is seeking passionate and talented User Experience (UX) Content Designers/Strategists to create customer-facing User Interfaces and evolve processes, platforms, tools, and assets to meet the challenge of advancing the overall customer experience across multiple brands and digital platforms, including In-Vehicle, Web, Mobile and Wearable interfaces. As a UX Content Designer/Strategist, you will collaborate with designers, researchers, technologists, and business stakeholders to craft meaningful experiences, beneficial strategies, and creative solutions for our customers using iterative, human-centered design. You will support multi-disciplinary teams focused on translating human needs into viable product concepts. Your work will bring new products, services, and features to life. We also facilitate coordination with external partners to ensure the successful execution of content creation and distribution. The UX Content Designer/Strategist, with expertise in a broad range of digital content formats and distribution methods, will help lead strategic initiatives to streamline content workflows, integrate governance standards, and evolve authoring and distribution technologies to create cohesive, intuitive, and relevant content experiences. The ideal candidate will exhibit detailed mastery of the English language, an understanding of and commitment to user-centered design and experience writing for digital products.
