In Recruiting Engine we help Amazon hire the best talent while helping top talent find their ideal role at Amazon. We collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to build experiences that candidates and recruiters love.
We’re looking for an experienced Content Strategist to help reimagine the candidate journey, with a special focus on one of the world’s most-visited career websites. If you’re a creative problem-solver and a great writer, this might be the role for you.
Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to create content for apps and web experiences
- Conduct content inventories and audits to evaluate content performance, quality, and adherence to governance standards
- Organize and structure content to improve findability, discoverability, and reuse
- Design and implement processes that improve the efficiency of content production workflows
- Communicate content analysis and insights to senior stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of professional writing experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience using data to reveal insights that lead to measurable content improvements
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Project management experience
- Experience with multivariate A/B testing
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Familiarity with design thinking
- Translation and localization knowledge and/or experience
