Key job responsibilities

  • Create and champion guidelines and documentation for the tone of voice, content creation, and other patterns and processes
  • Write, create, and edit customer-facing educational materials for different personas
  • Audit and improve existing information architecture
  • Create, edit and review product UX and technical writing
  • Facilitate the translation and localization of content across multiple languages and marketplaces
  • Uncover insights to optimize work using customer research and performance metrics from multiple sources
  • Champion web, digital, and communication standards across the organization.

A day in the life

You will contribute to a product vision that makes science and people a natural combination. You will identify and prioritize opportunities to organize, explain, and simplify experiences in order to democratize data and insights. To do that, customer obsession and collaboration will be essential.

About the team

The PeopleInsight team is a fun, diverse and collaborative group of Designers, Researchers, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Economists, Product Managers, and Software Developers. We study a workforce numbering in the hundreds of thousands. We are dedicated to empowering leaders and enabling action through data and science to engage, retain and grow employees in an exciting, fun, and equitable work environment.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Centered Design & Engineering, Information Architecture, Writing, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, Information Architect, UX Writer, or similar role


  • Experience influencing technical solutions including existing information architecture
  • UX design or writing experience, with strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working on a cross-functional team, including software development
  • Self-starter that can operate efficiently within ambiguous situations
  • Proven ability to work across teams and synthesize feedback and input
