We’re looking for a talented, word-wise UX Writer to join our highly collaborative content marketing team, supporting a product with high exposure. You will be a key point person for brand and content within the product team, working in lockstep with UX to influence product development, from copy creation and refinement to catching a typo right before a launch. Part of your role will be developing the UX writing framework and liaising between legal, UX and marketing to drive consistency across external touchpoints.
This role excels at writing, editing, and collaboration, always striving to understand our customers through data and create the most intuitive, delightful experience on their behalf. The UX writer also needs to be adept at balancing personality and function in their approach to create a cohesive, unified experience that helps humanize the brand across every touchpoint.
