WW Technical Enablement is looking for an experienced Content Designer who is fun to work with, because at Amazon Web Services, we have a credo of “Work hard. Have fun. Make history.” In this role, you will be dynamic and creative, and willing to take on any challenge and make a big impact.
We are looking for someone to design, develop and deliver content related to AWS services and AWS Professional Services tools/programs. These artifacts include role-based training, onboarding mechanisms and gamified learning such as hack-a-thons. The ideal person will have a passion for taking complex topics and simplifying them into digestible internal assets that will support sales and consulting roles - the goal is to enable our teams with timely and relevant content so they remain customer-obsessed.
The successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of sales and training dynamics with the ability to synthesize field requirements and corporate resources into a comprehensive content creation strategy. You must have the ability and initiative to understand critical business needs, analyze issues, and collaborate with stakeholders globally to develop scalable, micro-learning solutions. You must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have strong business acumen, excellent communication/influencing skills, and planning/project management skills. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and develop innovative adult learning solutions that scale. You must have the ability to scope projects, determine appropriate content development tools, and deliver against both long-range and short-term deadlines.
