We are seeking an experienced Enablement professional to provide thought leadership on enablement content, provide program management for core enablement initiatives and work with stakeholders to land leadership programs. This person is an expert in the area of sales leadership development and will help our sales leaders grow skills through the creation and delivery of new and innovative content. Success in this role will be measured by their ability to inspire sales leaders to consume content voluntarily.
This role will work with sales leaders and regional enablement leaders to define content to populated learning paths that drive measurable gains in leadership and management proficiency. Dashboards and reporting will be developed to monitor progress across the business.
This person will have ample cloud / SaaS / technology sales experience along with a passion to help our field improve their skills with Executive Relationships. This person will need to work with a variety of stakeholders (sales leaders, cloud economics, content design, training, regional embedded teams, and business insights).
This role will ensure managers are well-equipped with the content, training, knowledge of available resources, and core curriculum necessary to be effective in having the right customer conversations to drive success in an environment of fast-paced change. The person should be adept at understanding how our technology and solutions help customers achieve business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, an ability to work cross-functionally, experience helping customers with digital transformation, and prior experience with Sales Enablement.
This position will work with several stakeholders supporting the extended AWS sales organization, such as Business Development, Marketing, Professional Services, Solution Architects and the Partner team. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to “roll up the sleeves” and get things done.
LOCATION: Preference for this role to be located in Arlington, VA USA but open to these additional locations: Denver, CO USA, Seattle, WA USA, Boston, MA USA, Dallas, TX USA, Jersey City, NJ USA, Atlanta, GA USA. Relocation assistance is available within the United States.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $136,000 - $184,100/yr; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
