About the area:

The UX Marketplace team is responsible for monitoring the experience of Americanas storekeepers, with the aim of delivering the best usability of the platform.

In this team, you will have the opportunity to:

The UX Writer will be responsible for creating, through written communication and partnership with UX Designers and multidisciplinary squads, flows and a simple, clear and reliable user experience for our partners who use the Americanas Marketplace. It should analyze and share with a team of designers, the perceptions and possibilities of action according to research results, as well as follow and monitor the behavior, conversion, engagement, and continuity in user flows.

  • Map user journeys, analyze problems and possible impacts, and suggest solutions for continuous experience improvement;
  • Build product navigation and information flows to drive cohesive narratives to the user's needs and the company's objective;
  • Writing of texts used for application usage instructions, as well as push notifications.
  • Storytelling, telling a good story with a beginning, middle and end
  • Appreciate the standardization of consistency in the words and terms used in the portal and marketplace app. The tone of voice application, information architecture, taxonomy, controlled dictionary, etc.
  • Help define principles and guidelines regarding texts to be considered in the process of creating new features and products, as well as guide designers and developers to respect existing guidelines.
  • Encourage and support the culture of thinking about the best way to communicate with partners on the journeys.


What do we expect from you for this position:

It will make a difference if you know:

  • Experience as a copywriter, copywriter or instructional designer.
  • Experience with digital channels, such as IVR, Whatsapp, Apps and Sites;
  • Knowledge in andragogy
