About the area:
The UX Marketplace team is responsible for monitoring the experience of Americanas storekeepers, with the aim of delivering the best usability of the platform.
In this team, you will have the opportunity to:
The UX Writer will be responsible for creating, through written communication and partnership with UX Designers and multidisciplinary squads, flows and a simple, clear and reliable user experience for our partners who use the Americanas Marketplace. It should analyze and share with a team of designers, the perceptions and possibilities of action according to research results, as well as follow and monitor the behavior, conversion, engagement, and continuity in user flows.
