Role Overview

This user experience role creates quality, high-performing content for digital platforms to enable innovative, cohesive, and compliant experiences. The position independently leverages human-centered design, user testing, content design principles, omnichannel content strategy, SEO best practices, and accessibility guidelines to create content and execute holistic digital content experiences that solve user problems and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, high-performing content for digital properties.
• Ensure digital experiences are innovative, cohesive, and compliant.
• Serve the needs of end-users, service representatives, and business partners.
• Leverage human-centered design and user testing to inform content creation.
• Apply content design principles and omnichannel content strategy.
• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content performance.
• Adhere to accessibility guidelines and brand and style standards.
• Execute holistic digital content experiences to solve problems and meet business objectives.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated pay rate for this position is between $35.00 and $37.00 per hour. The compensation package for this position is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the applicant's experience, skills, and the specific needs of the role.
