Job description

Duration: 11-month contract

Are you passionate about creating great web experiences for users around the world? Are you analytical, self-motivated, and detail-oriented? 

This role will be responsible for supporting the web navigation and web content placements. The ideal candidate thinks like a digital marketer, but executes like a web producer. He/she will have experience building and optimizing web pages, improving user experience for customers on a web page and across a website, and execute A/B and multivariate testing.

This role requires collaboration with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and technology teams to identify and drive innovative website solutions that achieve business goals and raise the bar for customer experience. A hunger to learn, a desire to dig into cross-functional complex projects, and strong self-driven prioritization skills are a must.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Respond to content update and correction requests from marketing managers
  • Own highly visible webpage redesign projects from beginning to end, from gathering of requirements, design and development, to testing, launch, support, and monitoring webpage performance
  • Anticipate, troubleshoot, and fix site health issues
  • Collaborate and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams to maximize reach of web content efforts and ensure alignment across channels and teams.
  • Build and maintain a complete project schedule, make it constantly visible to management and key stakeholders, and drive projects through to completion with regular status reporting
  • Build training and best practice web experience guides
  • Monitor web analytics KPIs, create reports, and identify opportunities for optimization

Basic Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience working cross-functionally in a professional setting, synthesizing feedback from stakeholders such as technology, marketing, and sales
  • Experience with enterprise-scale content management systems (e.g. Adobe AEM) including template development and page publication
  • Experience with Analytics systems (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Experience working in an Agile, fast-paced team environment with frequent customer contact
  • Written and verbal communication including receptive listening skills
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or related field 
  • Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of stakeholders
  • Prioritization skills and ability to manage several projects in parallel
  • Background with web analytics reporting (e.g. Adobe SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics)
  • A desire to dive deep into detail, problem solve, and execute
  • Experience collaborating with design, UX, and engineering teams
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
