Role: Senior Manager, Business Operations eCommerce / Site Content Strategy
Location: Onsite / Bentonville, AR (relocation provided)
Salary: $130K - $150K (plus bonus and stock)

Our newly formed Site Content Strategy team is creating world-class experiences for our digital customers. We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead the development of a best-in-class site content strategy, build operational frameworks, and ensure consistent, high-quality digital experiences. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on building processes from the ground up and driving operational excellence with a focus on improving content delivery for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and develop playbooks for site content strategy, guiding site merchandising and messaging execution.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and drive results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and execution.
- Create a message intake framework for business partners and lead the vetting of new messages.
- Partner with Creative Account Management to ensure seamless execution of assets.
- Analyze and optimize business processes with a customer-focused mindset.
- Lead change management efforts across diverse teams, including guiding senior leadership through critical conversations.
- Develop and implement training plans to support new processes across business functions.
- Organize and manage a resource hub (Confluence) for best practices, timelines, and status updates to maintain transparency.
- Promote a culture of integrity and ethics in line with company values.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in site merchandising, eCommerce, or project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, or business management.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, or business management.
