Assembly is looking for a Strategic Content Director, Growth Solutions. The Strategic Content Director, Growth Solutions will serve as a key member of our collaborative North American business development team. They will create and support strategic and straightforward responses that answer prospective client questions about Assembly’s omnichannel agency offering. 

The Strategic Content Director, Growth Solutions will focus on the quality and detail of our response. They will contribute to our full agency proposal by curating, shaping, and creating detailed but measured responses that infuse our Assembly voice and weave our proposal theme throughout all response materials. The role will help lead all North American responses to RFI/RFP inquiries while working with client service and global leadership teams to shape final answers. 

Success in this role will be driven by a rich personal background in strategic client roles and omnichannel media management and underpinned by an ability to concisely articulate the agency position and our view on prospect-specific questions. The role will require an independent, proactive work ethic as well as a collaborative spirit to work alongside a united team. This position reports directly to the VP, Marketing and is a full-time, exempt position. Little to moderate travel can be expected throughout the United States. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answering RFI & RFP questions focused on Company Culture & Credentials, Channel Expertise, Strategic & Tactical Approach and Marketplace POVs
  • Informed communication with agency subject matter experts, interviewing & interrogating responses to increase understanding and articulate key points of differentiation
  • Identifying recurring or emerging themes in prospect responses to prioritize content creation, including the ongoing development of case studies & refreshed perspectives on common questions
  • Lead the breakdown and organization of pitch collateral for our BD information repository

Requirements:

  • An excellent writer with strong written communication skills
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of direct account management and client service experience within an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing services across both digital and offline
  • Strong project management skills and ability to rapidly respond to requests
  • Ability to support multiple key players throughout the new business process
  • Positive attitude while working under tight deadlines
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated
  • PowerPoint organization and presentation skills
