Autodesk is looking for a contract Content Experience Designer to help create content for technical directors, animators and artists who want to learn how to leverage the powerful Bifrost visual programming environment. We’re looking for someone with an avid interest in 3D animation and effects, who also possesses an ability to convey technical concepts to others in clear & simple ways. If you’re an engaging, technical, and curious individual who is motivated by helping others learn, join our experienced team of technical content creators who work every day to make our tools easier to learn and use. 

**This is a contract for a minimum of 4 consecutive months, with full-time hours​


  • Work collaboratively with the product team to deliver onboarding materials (examples, videos) and workflow explanations that users find easy to use and understand
  • Engage with the existing Bifrost community to audit and understand what learning resources are most in-demand 
  • Work closely with stakeholders in product management, marketing, and design to understand requirements and validate plans
  • Create high quality content in multiple formats to help people learn and adopt Bifrost technology, particularly creating content suitable for new users
  • Gather feedback from a variety of sources, including usage data and analytics to identify ways to continuously improve content 
  • Align with the rest of the content authoring team to coordinate efforts, maintain appropriate style, voice & tone guidelines 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficiency with visual programming
  • Experience using 3ds Max or Maya (or related software), or relevant knowledge/experience in film & TV production, 3d visualization, or games
  • Proven ability to research and understand complex and technical subjects, and present them to others in a clear, approachable manner
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, keeping your own work organized and coordinating effectively with other stakeholders
  • Familiarity with content creation tools for producing a variety of formats (text, video, scenes), Illustrator, Photoshop, etc
  • Availability for a minimum of 4 months, full time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills 3-5 years experience as a professional writer, communicator, or educator
  • Social media savvy, comfortable with sharing content on different platforms, creating forms, etc.
  • Ability to work well with a team, including an aptitude for giving and receiving constructive feedback
