About the opportunity:

We're looking for a Content Designer to work with one of our clients in the financial services sector.

As a Content Designer, you will play a key role in planning, creating, and organizing content for the website. Your expertise in research and information architecture will be critical in structuring the user experience and ensuring that the content aligns with business objectives and meets the expectations of the target audience.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of product designers, visual interface experts, and project managers. Teamwork will be crucial to seamlessly integrate content, design, and user experience.

This is a hybrid position in Lisbon Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead website content development, from initial research to final delivery;
• Create clear and consistent narratives aligned with the brand identity;
• Optimize information for intuitive navigation and improved user experience.
• Conduct research to understand the target audience’s needs and generate insights for ideal content;
• Structure and organize information architecture for smooth and efficient navigation;
• Align content strategies with SEO best practices and readability standards.

Portuguese Proficiency is a must-have.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UX writing, user research, and information architecture (intermediate level or higher);
• Proficiency with CMS platforms, SEO tools, and content analysis systems;
• Ability to structure sitemaps and wireframes from a content perspective;

Nice to Have:

• Experience creating content for the financial sector.
• Skills in crafting multilingual or regional narratives.
