We’re looking for a Digital Content Coordinator to join our Global Marketing & Brand Engagement team. If you are looking to break into marketing and you get goosebumps over all things digital, we want to talk! 

We need someone to assist in supporting our global, digital strategy through content creation across our digital platforms. Reporting to our Manager, Digital Marketing, you will manage content across blog, email and social as well as assist on additional global marketing projects. 

As a Digital Content Coordinator you will:

  • Execute content strategy across the blog, email and social-focused on thoughtful, valuable and creative content to promote our brand and services
  • Support in the development of content for BCD M&E’s ‘Insights’ blog
  • Topic Research
  • Content curation
  • Writing and editing
  • Interviewing subject matter experts
  • Develop and manage channel-specific social media content that generates brand awareness across the regions and drives commercial activity
  • Content creation, scheduling, monitoring and reporting across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok
  • Search Engine Optimization for the BCD Meetings & Events site
  • Assist with keyword research, the development of regional keywords strategies and position tracking using MOZ
  • Manage on-page optimization of website content
  • Development of off-page link-building strategy
  • Manage technical SEO improvements
  • Maintain corporate website (including an upcoming refresh), assist with digital development projects and support link-building strategy
  • Utilize our marketing automation platform to drive lead generation, conversion and associated analytics

  • Captivating B2B audiences through creative, engaging storytelling across digital platforms
  • Writing amazing content that connects
  • Using marketing automation tools to drive lead generation with a focus on conversion
  • Using social media and SEO strategy to drive awareness
  • Creating campaigns that build brand trust and highlight products/services
  • Interviewing people  

You might also have

  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience
  • Digital advertising experience
  • Meetings & Events industry experience
  • Experience using MOZ, Google Search Console, Matomo and/ or Adobe Creative Suite 

You should know:

  • Our standard working hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET (Monday - Friday)
  • Covid vaccination might be required for this role.
