About Berbix

Berbix’s mission is to enable all individuals to prove who they are and control how their information gets shared. Founded by the former engineering and product leaders for Trust & Safety at Airbnb, we empower companies to confidently answer the question: “Are you who you say you are?"​ 

This is a question many online platforms need to answer about their users. We solve that problem by offering best-in-class ID verification and proprietary fraud detection technology to our customers, which they can access through developer-friendly SDKs. We serve customers in a broad variety of industries, recently raised our Series A led by Mayfield, and are actively growing our all-star team.

The Content Marketer will create the content strategy, lead the team in generating new content, write and edit content, and manage social channels (Twitter and Linkedin). To be successful in this role, you should be curious! Ask questions, get to know the Berbix product and our customers, and be interested in what problems we’re solving. You should also enjoy writing, reviewing, and editing content as well as providing feedback to others on their writing.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage the content calendar including regular blog posts, social media posts, gated and ungated content for the website, and email campaigns
  • Manage Berbix social media channels by regularly scheduling content
  • Conduct customer interviews to write case studies
  • Leverage current messaging and positioning to write ebooks, whitepapers, and blog posts
  • Work closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to align all content to approved messaging/positioning
  • Write and review emails, including nurture streams
  • Assist the sales team with outbound email content
  • Implement SEO best practices
  • Measure and report on success of content 
  • Own the overall content strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of Berbix's key audiences, developing leading content that resonates with our partners and customers


  • At least 4 years of experience in a content marketing role
  • Experience at a B2B/SaaS company 
  • Provide examples of writing for a business/technical audience 
  • Previous experience at a startup
