BeyondID is seeking a Content Specialist who will drive the content and promotional efforts for our customer experience and people experience initiatives. You will take a proactive role in defining the content and campaigns that help grow these efforts and contribute to the company’s overall marketing and business objectives. We want to bring aboard your creative ideas and your analytical approach to delivering results.   

This is an ideal role for a professional that is a self-starter who can quickly pivot from project to project while still prioritizing key deliverables. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to be part of a team that is people-focused and growing rapidly, then this is the position for you!  

This role will report to the Director of Marketing. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Researches, edits, and proofs content that will be published online.
  • Plans and produces content according to the website's style, needs, and technical requirements.
  • Ensures that the information produced is relevant to the website's audience and aligns with marketing or other organizational goals.
  • Participates in content optimization meant to increase traffic and engagement. May review content for quality after release.
  • May require familiarity with HTML, CSS, or content management solutions. Experience and Education:
  • Performs work under direct supervision.
  • Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Possesses beginning to working knowledge of the subject matter.¬†

Qualifications‚Ä謆

  • Bachelor‚Äôs degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or business.¬†
  • 2 years of experience working in marketing, digital marketing or communications.¬†¬†
  • Experience identifying, creating and implementing communications and marketing¬†strategies and¬†programs.¬†
  • Strong knowledge¬†and capabilities in¬†content development, SEO and¬†SEM.¬†
  • Strong writing/editing¬†skills¬†in website content,¬†and collateral material such as customer success¬†and¬†people stories.¬†
  • A¬†high level of attention to detail including a proven ability to manage¬†multiple,¬†competing priorities simultaneously.¬†
  • A¬†self-starter who works well across departments has managed multiple programs and likes to work in a fun,¬†fast-paced environment.¬†
  • You enjoy problem-solving, measuring results and finding new solutions.¬†
  • Experience working for a rapidly growing B2B services organization is a plus.
