Your combination of people skills and technical expertise makes you the perfect liaison between our business partners and the information technology staff. As a content manager, you know how and are comfortable entering product information into the content management database and assuring that the data is accurate and well formatted. Your communications skills allow you to effectively communicate technical topics and information to the business community in a manner that is comforting and reassuring to the business partners.

On our team, you will collect product data from multiple sources, enter the data into our content template, and import it into the content management database. Additionally, you will assure that the presentation of the product data on the website is correct, consistent, and well-formatted using the experience management system. To achieve these standards of operation and maintenance, you will use technology and tools, including XML, SQL, Excel, and other basic scripting for the support of inventory, reporting, banner display, image storage, and general content management housekeeping. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., including the District of Columbia.

You Have:

  • Experience in working with technical back-end systems to support the management and display of product content.
  • Experience in working with XML, SQL, and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with client service and analyzing survey data
  • Experience with pulling reports from databases, analyzing reports, and presenting¬†relevant¬†information to key stakeholders
  • Ability to be very organized and meticulously detail-oriented
  • Ability to self-manage multiple projects with various deadlines to meet critical client deadlines
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and IT
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
