The Digital Content Strategist is passionate about understanding our customers’ needs and business goals to develop relevant, useful content that brings the two together. The Strategist will identify and clarify business and marketing objectives, identify user research needs and drive content strategy and content marketing for key audience segments.
This role will lead content planning exercises including storyboarding, empathy mapping, scripting, content gap analyses and experience prototyping to ensure the digital marketing team crafts useful, effective, and efficient experiences for our customers. Working cross-functionally across the organization to ensure the content aligns with digital marketing tactics and KPIs while providing a seamless end-to-end customer experience. This role will report to the Group Manager, Content Marketing.
