As a Technical Writer at Branch, you’ll utilize your technical expertise to improve our documentation with a large focus on enabling development teams to utilize the Branch platform to its full potential. Our documentation is essential to the developer experience, and usability & efficiency is at the top of our priority.
We are seeking someone with a strong technical foundation in mobile SDKs and APIs, an empathetic end-user mindset, and a sense of curiosity to understand the product. You’ll work closely with product/engineering teams, subject matter experts, and broader GTM teams to fully understand the need for proper documentation. Branch’s documentation site includes user guides, developer docs, FAQs, and partner docs. As a Technical Writer, you’ll own all relevant documentation within your domain of expertise.
