As our Content Manager, you will work closely with the Health Content Team, the Corporate Partnerships Team, the Health Partnerships and Community Resuscitation Teams to deliver meaningful interventions that deliver on client goals, and the BHF’s health support and income goals.
You'll create digital content that engages, informs and inspires. You'll use insight and analyticsto evaluate and plan new health content; taking part in multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver new products and customer journeys; and creating web pages, assets and tools that meet users’ needs and act as the start of compelling user journeys. You will also review and optimise content to improve user experience and search optimisation.
You will have the opportunity to deliver the health content components of any partnership, on time, to budget, and to suit the changing needs of the external environment and both the client’s and the BHF’s strategic shifts to respond to it – collaborating with other internal teams, and external freelancers/agencies.
Working arrangements
This is a 12-month fixed term contract covering family leave.
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.
At the BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. About you
As our ideal candidate, you must have proven experience creating and producing digital content using content management systems and be able to convey BHF's work and the work made possible through our partnerships. You'll have excellent communication and influencing skills, be a creative problem solver with a track record of producing engaging, effective content ideally in health and wellbeing.
An excellent writer, you'll be able to create health content for specific audiences to meet specific guidelines e.g. NHS Information Standard, PiF Tick, brand guidelines and of using clinical sign-off processes to ensure accuracy and safety.
As a key project team member you'll be inputting into the development and delivery of the health focussed programme activity, engaging key stakeholders in other teams to drive the delivery of business objectives for the client and the BHF.
