Hours: 35 Hours per week
Contract type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum pro rata (plus Inner London Weighting where applicable)
Could you help build and develop the infrastructure and content of a digital leadership and management learning academy for the British Red Cross?
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Organisational Development, this role is key to ensuring the organisation is able to meet its strategic aims, by ensuring the design and maintenance of digital learning and development programmes, aimed at meeting organisational needs and capability development of our managers and leaders.
We are looking for someone with a passion for digital learning and for building relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, whilst identifying continuous improvement opportunities and making appropriate recommendations.
The successful candidate will provide digital learning and learning platform expertise, and lead on the design and development of innovative, fresh learning solutions.
