Do you love the written word? Secretly (or not so secretly) correct people’s grammar? Edit text messages before hitting send? Have strong feelings about the Oxford comma? If so, we want to meet you! We are looking for a content candidate—preferably with a background in HR, benefits, and/or HR/benefits technology—with the ability to communicate complex topics in ways that both novices and experts will understand. You can strategically develop and craft various content pieces (blog posts, emails, event abstracts, white papers, infographics, scripted presentations, web pages, etc.), that resonate with diverse audiences, and are looking to sharpen and specialize those skills while driving results and success for our clients. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of proven professional experience and success through innovative, creative, and forward-thinking strategy and content.

The Gig:

  • Support the development and deployment of thought leadership and event content across print and digital media.
  • Create original content for:  
  • Blog posts
  • Case studies
  • Display ads
  • E-books
  • Emails
  • Event abstracts
  • Infographics
  • Newsletters
  • Presentations
  • Product solution sheets
  • Websites
  • White papers
  • Track and control versions with serious attention to detail and ability to proofread content.
  • Perform cross-functionally with other segments of the Marketing team as well as other business departments, including Sales and Product.

What you need to make the cut: 

  • Minimum 1-3 years of communications experience or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in marketing, communications, PR, journalism, or related field
  • HR Technology experience strongly preferred (especially Benefits related)
  • Creative problem-solver, able to quickly adapt as business needs and priorities shift
  • Must possess exceptional organization skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Adobe Suite experience a plus)
  • Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding communication skills—written (of course), verbal, and interpersonal
  • Customer-service orientation
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills – an ability to work effectively with different people within an organization (technical, salespeople, executives)
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable being a self-starter, working independently, and creating concrete plans with input from a variety of sources

Serve as a security contact for the business unit. Responsible for driving adoption and compliance with information security and privacy practices. Serve as a liaison with the information security team on security and privacy matters.
