The User Experience & Content Designer role in Studio B is comprised of an individual that helps consult with our clients and develop digital and print assets to align with user experience best practices and meets our client’s goals and objectives. They may lead the client through a strategy exercise to determine personas and how to best reach them, decide what engagement vehicles to utilize and carry out the strategy with digital and print design efforts.  

The Gig:

  • Develop and deliver strategic written content and design through Businessolver technology and digital channels 
  • Conceive and create written content and design for a variety of engagement campaigns across Human Resources topics 
  • Build out emails in the Benefitsolver system and execute deployment schedules
  • Configure the Benefitsolver system to align with client branding, visual identity, and strategy 
  • Consult clients and provide a prescribed solution 
  • May perform other duties as assigned

What you need to make the cut:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, design/arts, UX/UI or a related field 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience related to the role 
  • Experience with HTML/web design 
  • Collaborative but self-starting and independent thinker 
  • Strong communicator 

The pay range for this position is 70K - 92K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
