The opportunity for you:

Working closely with the Director of Content Strategy to support Strategy across our whole client portfolio of L’Oreal beauty brands (Prada, Mugler, Armani, Valentino), GAP and Marc Jacobs to name a few. The role will also act as a deputy to the Director of Content Strategy to support wider business/ client-scape with resourcing and line- managing two other Strategists in the team. Collaborating with creative/ senior leadership effectively and intelligently with exceptional understanding of trends, content and desirably the influencer / creator space.

What We Need You To Do:

  • Support Director of Content Strategy as they deputize work across key clients.
  • Take and respond to client (internal and external) briefs.
  • Work with the data/ analysts to write inspiring bullet proof strategies to support creative ideas.
  • Dream up inspirational and revolutionary creative concepts to create best in class presentations that get clients excited.
  • Work with the senior team to put together strategic proposals and recommendations for clients.
  • Develop and execute content ideas with support from the wider team.
  • Interpret key research customer behaviour and trends on social into actionable learnings.
  • Work alongside analysts and get stuck in with social, mobile, digital and customer data to uncover insights that will make a difference.
  • Monitor social trends and trending audio on TikTok, incorporating these into social plans and sharing with the team.
  • Work both individually and as part of a close-knit team to ensure cohesive and collaborative execution of a client’s requirements.

What Need From You:

  • Proven ability to delivery Creative Content/ Social Media Manager/ Strategist experience with blue chip global brands.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude to seeking out opportunities.
  • A thirst for social media trends and planning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working in Google suite of products (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work fast and smart under pressure, delivering against a set of outcomes within a fixed time frame and working in a nimble/ agile environment.
  • You are full of ideas, highly attuned to trends and culture, and have a strong interest in entertainment and digital content.
  • You share the passion and values of our brand and experience in beauty and prestige brands.
  • You’re coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement.
  • You take initiative and are driven by passion.
  • Your tech literate and can learn new software with ease.
