Job description

Cambridge Investment Research Inc. has an opening in the Human Resources Department for a full-time Digital Content Designer. The Digital Content Designer works under the direction of the Associate Training and Development Leadership and consults in the daily functions and activities of the department. This position will work with trainers, content developers, subject matter experts and leadership to create web-based training to support Cambridge’s business needs and strategies.

Essential Duties

  • Create web-based training content for multiple teams to be posted in the LMS
  • Partner with trainers, designers, and leadership to provide an excellent training environment
  • Maintain working knowledge of trends in web-based training and adult education on a continual basis
  • Analyze and organize information to recommend relevant actions and/or strategies to leadership 

Education & Experience

  • Four or more years of related experience, education and/or training

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with E-Learning software and video editing.
