Content Strategist - Leeds City Centre – Hybrid – Up to £28,500

Employment: 37.5 hours per week

Location: 3 days per week in our Leeds City Centre office, 2 days remote

Overview

As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for generating engaging content, promoting it on social media, and managing a team of writers and designers. You will play a key role in developing the team's AI writing capabilities and ensuring that their content meets high standards.

Responsibilities

• Generate content ideas such as listicles and quizzes
• Promote content on Facebook and manage a team of Graphic Designers
• Assess content performance using key performance metrics
• Manage a team of human writers
• Develop AI writing capabilities through prompt engineering
• Proofread and improve content
• Maintain and enforce our style guide

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. English, Journalism, Marketing)
• Strong awareness of and interest in Internet culture
• Passion for leveraging AI technology
• Strong editing and proofreading skills
• Comfortable working with performance metrics

Desired Skills

• Previous writing or editorial experience
• Experience in Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent written skills with the ability to produce engaging and correct copy

Day-to-Day

You will work closely with this established team and receive training in all aspects of the role. Your day-to-day activities will involve creating and promoting engaging content, managing a team, and contributing to the development of AI writing capabilities.
