Shape our future as Lead Content Designer
We are looking for an experienced practitioner in content design and content strategy with broad industry experience ready to lead our Content specialism within Capita Consulting’s Experience and Service Design (XD) team.
We’re supporting our clients as they adapt to a new world in the wake of COVID-19. We’re now recruiting for roles which will help our clients to deliver vital services and to resume business wherever possible.
What you’ll be doing:
You will be proposing, guiding, and delivering best practice content design and strategy programmes for our clients. You will be responsible for setting strategic direction for Content as a specialism, developing human-centred content methodologies, processes, and strategies. The role also involves working alongside the UX, Service Design and User Research specialisms to support the Experience and Service Design Capability Leader to set processes, practice and strategy within the wider XD team.
What we’re looking for:
Due to the nature of this position, we require you to either hold or be eligible to achieve SC and or DV clearance. As a result, you should be a British Citizen and have resided in the UK for the last 3 years for Security Clearance.
