Univision’s Content Strategy team is seeking a talented Content Coordinator responsible for assisting in planning, scheduling and communicating to broader teams and key stakeholders the content within the channels and VOD content on the platform.

Additional Opportunities

  • Responsible for assisting with the planning and prep for VLL channels program grids and schedules.
  • Responsible for the proper flow and input of program schedules of assigned VLL channels.
  • Must be flexible and nimble in making regular changes and adjustments based on content performance
  • Assist with monthly planning & scheduling and day-to-day curation of programming for a selection of assigned channels and VOD
  • Work with planners on creation of monthly program plans for assigned channels to specification
  • Work with planner on creation of programming stunts, channels, and content for marketing and promotional use

Other tasks and duties as assigned

  • Assist Content Planning team with monthly content plan reports, materials and information for marketing, sales and broader internal teams.
  • Supports sales staff by coordinating and providing content information as needed.
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate must be creative, problem solver, self-starter, able to perform in a fast-paced environment, with strong interpersonal skills, very organized, detail-oriented, and with the ability to prioritize and work effectively and independently with both speed and accuracy.

  • Candidate must possess both strategic and creative sensibilities with strong organization skills.
  • Ideal candidate must have two years of programming or marketing experience and be proficient operating in a multi-database setup.
  • Needs to be proficient in PPT, Word and Excel
  • Broad knowledge and passion for TV, film and online video
  • Knowledge of best practices in metadata creation and copywriting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Great communication skills with all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter, independent worker
  • US Hispanic market experience
