As a part of a Design team that is at the forefront of retail, you will be responsible for building best-in-class experiences that drive continuous improvement and innovation in the world’s largest company. If you are motivated by complex challenges and want to build the future of commerce and consumer services, a Design role at this company could be what you’ve been looking for.

As a Content Lead, you’ll set the vision for the best customer experience and create a space for cross-functional colleagues to collaborate. While working with partners to determine a shared plan forward that balances business and technology considerations, you’ll positively shape products and foster a consistent user experience with your artful use of voice, crisp writing skills and systemic content strategies. You’ll employ your great strengths in storytelling to present your vision and content design rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to cross-functional partners and the leadership team. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the ongoing evolution of UX content systems and processes that enable the team to scale efficiently and effectively.

The Marketplace connects sellers with millions of customers through our Seller Center platform, enabling our sellers to deliver exceptional e-commerce experiences through their website. As a part of the product design team, you will be responsible for creating best-in-class seller experiences that drive growth on the platform. This position will work with many cross-functional teams to develop scalable end-to-end solutions which drive key performance metrics and milestones.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to motivate teams and partners.
  • Find joy in leading by doing. You inspire, coach, and contribute to our team culture.
