We have an incredible opportunity for a UX Content Strategist! Our client, the world's largest retailer, is looking for a UX Content Strategist to support the ideation and implementation of customer and associate-facing experiences for the International UX team. In this role, you would help guide the creation of products and features from start to finish along with other disciplines. Strong project management skills are extremely important in this role as you would be leading initiatives through many aspects of the workflow with multiple stakeholders and fellow UXers in different time zones.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather specific initiative requirements and create brief-like descriptions in Jira.
- Collaborate with our Accessibility team to advocate for and apply their standards to your content recommendations.
- Ability to quickly explain the content needs on specific projects to other partners and estimate the time needed to successfully execute that work with integrity.
- Edit and contribute to designs and content in Figma and other design tools.
- Understand when a problem needs more than a few words to be solved.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Content team and processes to enable scale efficiently and effectively.
- Partner with the Localization team to ensure the highest quality of content adaptation of the product to different markets.
- Manage ambiguity of the iterative process with multiple stakeholders.
- Show up-to-date knowledge on UX best practices and know when to flex them to help the users.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or higher in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Psychology, or equivalent knowledge related to Content Design or UX Writing.
- 2+ years of experience creating content strategies and executing them on websites, and mobile apps.
- Must have a portfolio with case studies solving UX-related projects including transactional communications, and conversational interfaces such as chatbots.
- Strong project management, and team collaboration skills.
- Experience with Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience with eCommerce and retail brands is a plus.
- Experience working with localization is a plus
