Change Healthcare is looking for a Senior UX Content Strategist/Designer that is curious and driven, providing vision and judgment in leading high-impact editorial projects. Providing creative direction, communication messaging and content strategy, you’ll be accountable for driving a cohesive customer user experience throughout the product/service interaction across several project initiatives. Project involvement will be from start to finish, from gathering user, market and behavior research to progressively iterating and improving the product experience with subsequent releases.
As part of the Product Design team, you will be responsible for shaping the vision, interoperability, and experiences of Change Healthcare’s next-generation platform during a time of transformational growth. We're looking for an experienced strategist in UX content who uses words and written communications as their design tool.
The Product Design team is comprised of diverse product designers focused on solving the challenges that come from a company driven to improve healthcare for all. We appreciate different perspectives and encourage friendly collaboration and problem-solving while advocating for the user’s information needs.
