What you’ll be responsible for:

Circle is looking for a talented writer and editor to join our Customer Care team. This person will be responsible for helping redevelop Circle’s content experience, providing customers and internal teams with the information they need to be successful. 

What you'll work on:

  • Writing content to help support customers.
  • Creating content solutions for our internal team. 
  • Developing content briefs and outlines.
  • Editing existing content to better align with brand guidelines.
  • Conducting research to identify gaps in our existing content.
  • Responsible for quality control of content, ensuring that content meets brand guidelines and tone of voice. 
  • Audit and manage internal content confirming product accuracy. 
  • Provide editorial oversight. 
  • Lead training of Circle’s voice to new team members.
  • Assisting in the creation of team member certification courses.

What you’ll bring to Circle:

  • 3+ years of experience as a content writer.
  • Excellent written and grammatical skills. 
  • Experience in creating content in the form of articles, blogs or whitepapers.
  • Ability to carry out research on assigned topics. 
  • Experience in creating content briefs or outlines. 
  • Ability to fact-check content.
  • Complete fluency in American English.
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple macOS, Zendesk, Hubspot and GSuite.
  • Experience in the crypto space is a plus but not required. We’re happy to get you up to speed on the industry. 
  • A fun and positive attitude.
