We’re looking for a content designer to join our Digital Products and Design team at Co-op and help shape our wide range of digital products and services. You’ll be working with other designers and engineers in a multi-disciplinary environment as well as contributing to the development of our design and content community. Within our product teams, we prioritise working in the open and creating experiences that work for our customers and for Co-op.
As a content designer, you’ll get involved in the content design process at every stage of the product lifecycle, from discovery to live and beyond, positively influencing the whole service experience. You’ll produce engaging and accessible content based on user behaviour, data, and research. If you can bring us the content design experience we need, we can offer you the chance to build a career with a business that’s using digital to make a real difference to our members, colleagues, and communities.
