What do we expect from you? 

  • Application and maintenance of the language and tone of voice guide;
  • Also ensure the alignment of this guide in the various service channels, such as APP, BOT, WPP, Chat;
  • Identification of personas;¬†
  • Help design and monitor surveys with users¬†and stakeholders;¬†
  • Mapping flows and journeys;¬†
  • Write, review and validate content from different interfaces and channels;
  • Identify needs and conduct user research, analyze results, with the aim of improving the user experience and guide tone and language
  • Ease of handling, organizing and analyzing data and information from the Product area;¬†
  • Develop controlled vocabulary and content tests;
  • Revise and improve phraseologies.


  • Studying Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Letters or¬†related areas.
  • Empathy to understand the needs of users;
  • Knowledge about heuristics and UX laws;
  • Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (differential);
  • Portfolio of previous work or case studies, which may be fictitious (differential).
