We have an opening for a talented and creative Senior UX Content Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior UX Content Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting user-centric experiences by designing and implementing content strategies that enhance the usability and overall satisfaction of our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure consistency and alignment with our brand voice and user needs.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with user needs and business goals - ensure that content is clear, concise, and user-friendly
- Information Architecture: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create information hierarchies, sitemaps, and content structures that optimize user journeys
- Write, edit, and curate content for various parts of our product, mobile app, and other digital interfaces
- Define and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone that resonates with our target audience. Ensure that all content aligns with the established voice and tone guidelines
- Content Testing: Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of content and make data-driven improvements
- Establish content guidelines and maintain a content style guide to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints
- Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate content seamlessly into the overall user experience
- Ensure that all content is accessible and complies with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in UX content design, information architecture, or a related role
- Expertise in crafting persuasive and compelling sales and marketing content that drives engagement, boosts conversions, and ultimately accelerates business growth
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing your content design work
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools such as Figma
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality content
- Agency or commercial experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
