The Content Design Manager is a design lead that provides direction, support, and creation of engaging content. You will also be working collaboratively in parallel with the Program Design Manager managing the inventory of new and existing content. You will manage designers' content work and provide direction and feedback. Your team will be expected to design and deliver content designs that motivate, engage, and create responses. You will put your creative process to manage and influence the creative content to build company products, programs, and platforms.

Responsibilities and Duties
Content creator, researcher, implementor.
Provides management oversight for developing a content strategy.
Create and publish engaging content.
Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency.
Manage content distribution to programs, platforms and online stores.
Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board.
Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience's attention.
Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term design goals
Provide creative support to print content, print products as well as social media content.
Establish standards for quality of work, guidelines, techniques or procedures; oversee projects from receipt to completion, coordinate work with other team members; estimate time and cost, choose appropriate work methods.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop content, style and layout
Qualifications
3+ years experience in a graphic design role, agency or in-house design team environment.
Experience collaborating with designers, project managers, art managers, and engineers to design and produce high-level graphics.
Great communication skills, via email, phone, messaging boards, and project boards.
Comfortable working within tight timelines.
