Rate: Up to $140,000 annually + 5%bonus potential

Our client is looking for a Content Strategy Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join their team on a full-time basis.

  • You must have a background in either UX writing or editorial writing in order to apply.
  • Content Strategy Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead content strategy team for a .com product
  • Define the list of deliverables across all channels
  • Develop editorial calendar
  • Ensure content accomplishes funnel conversions, brand awareness, NPS and LTV targets
  • Stay apprised of industry trends, competitor experiences and latest consumer research
  • Develop content standards and guidelines, including tone and voice, across digital channels
  • Lead content audits and gap analysis
  • Optimize processes, workflows to improve team's performance
  • Manage direct reports: two Sr. Copywriters and one UX Writer
  • Collaborate regularly with leadership (VP-level and up) and partners across Marketing, Product, Design, Research, Insights, PR & Comms
  • Build and onboard new team members
  • Content Strategy Manager Requirements:
  • Experience managing direct report(s)
  • Experience in a consumer-facing content strategy and creation role
  • Background in UX or editorial writing, ability to story-tell in a way that engages customers
  • Portfolio demonstrating expert-level knowledge of how to apply a range of content design & strategy methods to improve how to provide customers with the content they need, how they expect it, when they need it
