As the Web Content Designer for Campaigns, you’ll collaborate closely with our Campaign team to create web experiences that exceed expectations through effective and clear copy. You’ll be an in-house expert on all things content, providing strategic direction to our Campaign teams for all of their web initiatives. Experience working with integrated campaigns is a huge plus.
You’ll be involved with campaign planning from the beginning, working to frame the customer problem and business objectives, proposing innovative content solutions, clearly articulating the rationale behind your recommendations, and then seeing them through to execution on the website.
You know the difference between content strategy and UX writing and do both well. You love words, and you understand that content can be a powerful vehicle for user experience. You have a passion and talent for distilling complex product and campaign ideas into content that resonates with a diverse audience, and use user stories to consider the full customer journey when crafting content.
You should be comfortable contributing strategic direction as part of a cross-functional web and design team and have a masterful understanding of content design best practices and tie them into your rationale when presenting your content. You should have experience fostering partnership and gaining alignment across collaborative design partners, stakeholders, and leadership to advocate for content and UX best practices.
