Channel & Content Strategists are responsible for translating overarching marketing strategies into campaign distribution and content plans and creating/managing/delivering said plans with the Internal Agency team.

  • Account partnership: Build Trusted Advisor relationship with internal Accounts as a core member of the team and accountable for marketing efforts and outcomes
  • Business intel: Demonstrate proficiency in implementing marketing activation strategies within designated business unit or industry vertical, understand target audience, competition, industry trends/insights, opportunities and barriers for Crowe growth
  • Marketing expertise: Demonstrate functional knowledge and application of customer journey, media channels and content strategies and types to deliver marketing results that drive business plans
  • Team orchestrator: Partner with Marketing Strategy & Account Leader (“SAL”) on marketing plans; synthesize inputs from marketing SMEs (creative, .com, social, media, etc. Brand evangelist: Live the Crowe values and always look to drive profit via purpose as we build our brand and business

Day to Day duties in IA:

The Channel and Content Strategist (“CCS”) will partner with the SAL and subject matter experts in marketing to develop and deploy impactful marketing plans.

  • Translating marketing objectives to marketing media/ channel and content strategy
  • Mapping/guiding content development to touch points along the user journey to best increase awareness, consideration and lead generating opportunities
  • Applying B2B best practices to drive awareness, consideration and demand across varied offerings and sales cycles
  • Accountable to Marketing and internal clients for maintaining powerful, timely and results driven content across channels
  • Leveraging data and analytics to optimize campaign outcomes and speed to market
  • Partnering closely with SMEs and PMs to deliver with excellence across touchpoints
  • Maintaining inventory of existing and relatable content assets including:Overseeing content audits and associated business unit and/or industry vertical content portfolios to ensure assets are up to date, properly tagged with metadata, aligned with brand, and meet performance expectations after publication. Support and evangelize corporate brand and content governance practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Requires 5+ years’ experience in marketing, media/channel or content strategy (professional services and agency experience a plus)
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience translating marketing objectives into marketing media/ channel and content strategy with demonstrated ability in mapping/guiding content development to touch points along the user journey to best increase awareness, consideration and lead generating opportunities
  • Applied working knowledge of the Customer journey, marketing content and the B2B digital ecosystem
  • Experience in developing and deploying B2B best practices to drive awareness, consideration and demand across varied offerings and sales cycles
  • Experience in leveraging data and analytics for content and campaign optimization
  • Team orchestration skills; ability to manage up, down and across
  • Excels at collaboration, with strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $71,849.00 to $161,456.00.
