As a Content Strategist, you will work with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to discover unmet traveler needs and build a new generation of travel products and services for millions of customers worldwide, every day. 

What you’ll do:

  • You will employ advanced information architecture methods (e.g., modeling, mapping, taxonomy) to solve content problems within a complex product area
  • You will partner with other technology teams to improve and bring order to the product content ecosystem.
  • You will facilitate collaboration with different stakeholders with varied perspectives to develop effective solutions to user problems.
  • You will strive for optimum organizational efficiency by applying systems thinking across boundaries and making recommendations about policies/ processes.
  • You will apply advanced concepts around UI frameworks, modularity, localization, reuse, and related concepts to design content solutions that scale.
  • You will take a whole systems approach to analyze issues and implements holistic solutions by ensuring that linkages between structure, people, process and technology are made.
  • You will apply user-centered practices and insights to drive content strategy within a complex product area.
  • You will exhibit storytelling and persuasive techniques that build trust with the team and stakeholders and establish long-term relationships.
  • You will utilize a thorough understanding of current business processes and challenges to recommend and match solutions to meet unique business needs and achieve objectives. 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience; Design, English, Communications, Journalism, Information Systems degree or relevant experience is applicable.
  • Becoming an Expert in core skills including UX Writing, Content Audits and Analysis, Content Mapping and Modeling, Content Planning and Sourcing, Conversational Design, Information Architecture, Facilitation, and Storytelling.
  • Able to audit, analyze, structure, create, and present content independently using established frameworks.
  • Exposure to working on content problems across systems and brands.
  • Advanced skills in facilitation, workshopping, and storytelling.
