Join us as Consumer Services UX Writer based Remote within USA on our Experience Design team in the Services Technology organization at Dell Technologies to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact.
As Customer Services UX Writer, you will deliver concise, easy to understand content of various sizes, from micro-content in our UI to help systems and direct communications that help our customers get the most out of our solutions, services and offers. You will contribute to standards and a style guide. You will collaborate with other writers, designers, developers, and key business stakeholders to create and test content and communications across our different products and communication tools.
Understanding context and where the customer is in their journey is critical to being successful in this role. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, customer-focused writer who is ready to play a key role in a fully remote, distributed team.
The Experience Design team oversees creating and governing all digital touchpoints (UI content, and emails) that are sent to Services customers through various channels including email, SMS, System Notifications, UI messaging, Social, Chat bots etc.
