As a Content Strategist at Deloitte, you’ll help formulate the vision for how the content will engage an audience while helping to achieve business goals. Your strategies will help propel the creative team to tell compelling stories. You’re the ideal candidate if you’ve created content strategies that rely on customer insights and analytics and thrive in a highly collaborative environment. You’ve created content strategies for agency clients or large enterprises with proven results. You’re familiar with optimizing content for search engines and engaging prospects at key points across a customer journey. You’re also enthusiastic about mentoring, training and helping to lead a team through complex, multi-faceted projects.

  • Create and present content strategy deliverables (content matrices, audits and recommendations) in English.
  • Work with and guide a small team of content designers to make sure content not only delivers on strategy but conveys the client’s tone and voice.
  • Drive the definition of a clear and actionable strategic direction for content on projects based on user research, analytics, and other business requirements to help solve key customer problems.
  • Inspire the team to evangelize for our customers.
  • Utilize competitive analysis, analytics, and insights to identify key content gaps and opportunities relevant to key audience segments.
  • Interact with stakeholders to help translate business requirements into digestible content.
  • Use data and customer feedback to measure the effectiveness of the content strategy and pivot as needed in real-time.
  • Use data and research to evaluate your content’s impact, and push for continuous improvement that shows real results.
  • Be an arbiter of best practices in English grammar, messaging, terminology, writing, and style.
  • Reach across disciplines and departments to demonstrate how content can be used to create lasting and meaningful relationships with the users.

About the candidate:

  • 4-6 years of experience in content strategy, editorial and project management, or marketing and communications.
  • You have a C2 proficiency or are a native English speaker.
  • Experience with content audits, SEO copywriting, digital marketing, information architecture, and digital strategy.
  • A skilled writer and communicator who also enjoys editing and curating content.
  • A track record of positioning content as an engagement tool that transforms user relationships.
  • Familiarity with Figma and basic digital production processes
  • Experience in different industries, e-commerce is preferred.
  • Experience in creating a content strategy.
