Job description

Work you’ll do 

  • Analyze technical information for supporting documents such as manuals, training material, guides, reports, and deliverables
  • Responsible for creating user manuals, end-user training materials, installation guides, reports, contract deliverables
  • Responsible for the release of technical artifacts, and SOPs in support of a Government client
  • Documents updates to SOPs and develops documentation to support new processes

Our CCG practitioners bring a collaborative mindset, an appetite for continuous learning, and a desire to grow their skills in meaningful ways — all while delivering exceptional client service. 

Qualifications 

Required:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline, OR 4 years of comparable work experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employee sponsorship, now or anytime in the future
  • Must have an active TS/SCI
  • Willingness to obtain a Polygraph test
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills
  • Background knowledge of technical platforms and languages such as and not limited to Java, JavaScript, Rest APIs, Python
  • Familiarity with IT environment
  • Experience within the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense experience
  • Prior experience working with Agile or Scrum software product development teams
  • Experience using Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence

Preferred: 

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
