The Role

An exciting opportunity to join Dematic’s growing global marketing team to create and implement content for the latest robotics, AI, software, lifecycle services and new innovations for intralogistics has been created. Our customers include the best-known brands in retail and e-commerce, our goal is to support their growth and Power the Future of Commerce!

We’re looking for a content creator who has a real passion for content marketing, in B2B technology environments in growth industries, understands how the different digital channels can work together and is comfortable managing a project from conception straight through to implementation.

What We Are Looking For

  • You have an appetite for knowledge, are highly business-minded and have a keen eye for the detail that makes content in digital and downloadable formats capture people's attention in a crowded marketplace.
  • You have an eye for design, good story telling and story boarding with excellent communication skills to articulate these ideas.
  • You have experience in creating content briefs with the ability to clearly extract and articulate content requirements.
  • Experience of managing external agencies with strong project management skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Able to build credibility with a large network of key stakeholders, including highest levels of leadership.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a natural collaborator, motivator, and a team player.
  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience creating content marketing and thought leadership programs for a B2B / start-up or innovation led organisation, either in-house or agency side.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Using an array of market research methods to assist in content creation and ideation.
  • Holding ideation workshop sessions to plan out content initiatives with wider creative and digital teams.
  • Managing and coordinating programs across the channel & marketing mix, driving best practices.
  • Producing content throughout the funnel – from web copy, email, blogposts, eBooks, social and webinars to support the goals of the business.
  • Align content to the overall brand voice and identity ensuring all content adheres to strict brand guidelines.

We value:

  • A Marketing or related degree and/or related experience of min 5 years, additional marketing qualifications are highly valued.
  • Experience with a successful track record managing Marketing Communications and launching new products in a B2B/B2B2C environment.
