We are looking for a Sr. Technical Writer to research, design, develop, and write technical documentation for an upcoming conversational AI software product launch. This is an opportunity to work on a fun, high-visibility product in an emerging space.

Would you like to…

  • Research, design, develop, and write technical information for an upcoming software launch
  • Produce documentation that complies with documentation plan requirements
  • Develop and test user scenarios that show how to use the product being documented
  • Obtain technical information from a variety of project owners and convert specific feedback into documentation
  • Respond to editorial and reviewer feedback

We would like you to have…

  • 5+ years of technical writing experience with proven technical expertise to ramp up new projects
  • Experience writing and editing software (SDLC) documentation
  • Experience writing public-facing content (enterprise/business audience preferred)
  • API experience is required
  • Experience using GitHub is required
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language is preferred
  • Project Management or publishing experience 
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Writing Samples are required
